Image Release FORM - GARDEN CAMP 2021

Please read the information below carefully. 

    Image Release Consent Form

    I grant The School Garden Network (SGN) of Sonoma County, its representatives and employees the right to use photographs, motion pictures and/or video recordings taken of my child/children during their participation in this SGN program and may be used by SGN for the purpose of promotion in perpetuity.

    These photographs, motion pictures and/or video recordings will be fully owned by School Garden Network and I will not make any claim against School Garden Network or the photographer for their use for any reason whatsoever. It is understood by the party enrolling the child in the School Garden Network Garden Camp that the scope of the consent is as described above, and that there will be no consideration, monetary or otherwise, required from School Garden Network in exchange for such consent. 

    I agree that The School Garden Network of Sonoma County may use such photographs of my child for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity for our website, social media, grants, brochures, and other marketing material.   

    My child’s name, my own name, or age will not appear in any School Garden Network print or online materials.        ​
