Thank you for joining the School Garden Network’s Partner Business Program!  By offering a discount or freebie to school gardens, you are helping to relieve some stress on the financial challenges of starting and sustaining a garden program.

We know that 3 common challenges to sustaining school garden programs are lack of funding, lack of teacher training in garden-based instruction, and maintenance difficulties.  For the last 15 years, SGN has been raising money to support schools growing garden programs. We distribute funds for garden programming and staffing, provide professional development trainings for educators, fund and install drip irrigations systems in school gardens, train teens to provide much needed summer maintenance, and also share garden-based learning resources to our growing network of educators.
