HARMONY FARM SUPPLY OFFERS FREE PLANT STARTS TO SCHOOL GARDENS!

Harmony Farm Supply donates two free flats of their amazing organic vegetable starts to Sonoma County school garden programs annually.
Each school is eligible to pick up once during the calendar year during Fall or Spring.
Steps:
1. If you haven't already, register your school with SGN HERE
2. If you haven't already, set up a school garden account at Harmony Farm Supply. Please print out this Application Form, fill it out, and bring to Harmony. The person who picks up the plants must be the person who set up the account.
3. Pick up your free plants!

- Schools can pick up from the Sebastopol or Petaluma store locations
- Participants pick out the plants themselves. Plants must be Harmony-grown vegetables, herbs, and flowers, preferably not just one single variety
- One donation per calendar year (either Spring or Fall)

SCHOOL GARDEN NETWORK'S FREE SEED LIBRARY
We created the Free Seed Library to give our affiliated school gardens the opportunity to access seeds donated from various supporting businesses. The Free Seed Library is now ready to access at the Sonoma County Central Library in Santa Rosa!

STEPS TO GET FREE SEEDS:
1. Register your school as an SGN Affiliate or Update your Affiliate Profile.
2. Go to Santa Rosa's Central Library and please take only what you will use.
