HARMONY FARM SUPPLY OFFERS FREE STARTS TO SCHOOL GARDENS!
As you all know now, Harmony Farm Supply donates two free flats of their amazing organic vegetable starts to Sonoma County school garden programs annually.
We are very grateful for Harmony Farm Supply’s continued support both with this program and with irrigation supplies for our Schoolyard Habitat program.

Please follow these important guidelines below:
- Make sure you have completed the SGN School Gardens Map in-Take Form HERE
- Make sure you have completed and mailed/turned in your Harmony Application BEFORE you go. If you are new to a school, make sure to add your name prior to coming into the store to pick up your free flats.
- This offer is for the calendar year, so if you already picked up in the spring, you don’t qualify again until 2023. (If you’re unsure, please contact Patty @ Harmony Farm Supply.)
- Fall pick up dates are Sept 1 - Oct 31, 2022
- Pick up at Sebastopol or Petaluma locations
- Pick up M-F only. Not on weekends
- The plants will not be waiting for you - must must choose your plants and make your flats. Do not take all of one variety.
- Fill two 10" x 20” trays of assorted Harmony Grown ONLY vegetables and herbs
